Project Management Tool

Thought it was worth putting this in the forum. This is a Modano X workbook with four project management modules in it:

1. Core Module - for setting up resources, tasks, duration, critical paths, etc. Main output is a Gantt Chart of activity.
2. Grouped Gantt - this is a simple module that allows users to bucket activity (sub-totals) into groups of tasks.
3. Costing - for layering time (hours or days) and resource rates to the activity. This can also be locked down as a budget and rolled forward for historicals.
4. Project Status Report - this is a traffic light and narrative report of the key tasks. This can also be used to store the previous report for cycling reporting of changes between reports.

Really handy piece of kit. We use this for all of our larger implementation projects.
